Evergreen & Ember provides Halloween and Christmas decoration installation and takedown in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This policy explains what information we collect when you use evergreennember.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property you would like decorated.
Project details: your answers about your holiday, decorations, property, access and preferred installation and takedown dates.
Photos you choose to upload of your home, your decorations or your inspiration.
Payment information: if you pay a deposit or balance online, payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our website.
Basic technical and visit information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you arrived from and campaign codes on links (for example, from our postcards). If analytics is turned on, Google Analytics records how visitors use the site.

How we use it

To review your project and prepare and send your personalized estimate.
To contact you by phone, email or text about your quote request, scheduling, installation, takedown and payments.
To confirm that your property is within our service area and plan the crew, equipment and time needed.
To process payments and keep business records.
To improve our website and understand which of our ads and postcards work.

We only send promotional offers if you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Text messages

If you give us permission to contact you by text, we text you about your quote request and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose:

website hosting and data storage (Railway)
sending emails (Resend) and text messages (Twilio)
online payments (Stripe)
website analytics (Google Analytics), if enabled

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or crew.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our business and legal obligations, typically up to three years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Customer records are stored on secured servers and are only accessible to our team through a password-protected dashboard. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or of emails by replying to tell us.

Children

Our services are for homeowners and residents aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
